Refund Policy

1. General Policy
At My Books Mart, we are committed to customer satisfaction. Refunds are available under certain conditions depending on the service purchased.

2. Editing & Proofreading

  • Requests for refunds must be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • Partial refunds may be provided for partially delivered work.

  • No refund for completed services where the work has been fully delivered.

3. Design Services (Cover, Formatting, Trailer)

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 5 days of first design delivery.

  • Revisions included in the package must be used before requesting a refund.

  • No refund after final approval by the client.

4. Publishing & Marketing Services

  • Refunds are not available once the book is submitted to platforms like Amazon KDP or marketing campaigns have started.

  • Consultations and advice sessions are non-refundable once scheduled.

5. Cancellation

  • Service cancellations before work begins may be eligible for a full refund minus transaction fees.

  • After work begins, partial refunds may be offered at our discretion.
